i arrived and was welcomed with sweet tea and pastries. the room was large and so clean. i found the location ideal for walking to the main square in the medina. the staff were all so polite and nice.
the jacuzzi water, it was not warm enough, and i had to ask for it to be heated.

the location is fabulous, it is within walking distance of jemaa el-fna square. i walked approximately five minutes to reach the square from here. the medina location allowed for an immersive experience in the city's culture.

the staff, led by patrice, are warm and very helpful. patrice helped me arrange a tour to the atlas mountains. i also went on a sunset camel ride in the agafay desert, with guide hicham, just magic.

The personnel was very unfriendly and it was difficult to communicate. I asked for an omelette, and i received a small omelette from 1 egg. i asked again, and i received another small omelette from 1 egg. there was no buffet and portions were small. the staff disappeared before i finished breakfast, even taking my plates early.

the staff provided excellent service available around the clock meeting my needs. the courtyard offered a comfortable space for relaxation. i especially enjoyed the mint tea i had there. it was refreshing after a long day.
the room's acoustics meant i could hear noises from the courtyard. it slightly impacted my sleep quality a few nights. i suggest some soundproofing to address this

The breakfast was varied each morning. It was served individually by the staff on the roof terrace. I found the location excellent, just a short walk from the main square.
The street looked dangerous and dark. The room was small and all noises from the courtyard were audible. There was a lot of dust on the curtains.
